Basically the only time that you really know how good your insurance is, is when you need to make a claim. I was overseas at the time when l had a water flood in the ensuite at home. My daughter contacted Fergusons to stop the water and then remove the carpet etc. I came back home and then organised the necessary quotes and repairs. There were some problems with the actual insurance company but found it an advantage to have the broker to "bat" for the client. Thank you for your service and subsequent follow up calls and support.

Sent through a request for a quote for new business. being a broker i would have thought we would have got a good response for new business. however we got a lazy response from this broker who contacted suposibly 2 insurers only who both use the same underwriter. And got a simple 1 line email back saying sorry we can not help. Lazy to the fact did not hunt around doing a job as a broker to find a suitable insurer for our new business.

If your looking for a lazy broker, chose this mob. I no, we will not be going back for future business with this company.

I have been dealing with Fergusons Insurance Brokers for many years now and have found them to be highly professional.  They provide me with a range of insurance options for my needs.  We especially appreciate Dave Archers attention to detail and honesty when it comes to providing us with quotes.  He always has our back! So happy to recommend this great business.
