Paying customer for over 10 years. Had an issue making a claim. When I went to the store for help with a declined hicaps receipt, was met with the most dismissive and rude customer service I have ever experienced. Was essentially looked up and down and instructed to go and pay my bills! Was not offered any assistance to resolve the issue. Which as it turns out, was caused by a staff member cancelling my direct debits when I updated my payment details. Disgraceful. Why have I wasted tens of thousands of dollars when I get this type of response?

Very short waiting time to be served, staff  extremely pleasant, friendly & knowledgable. Much prefer the availability to speak to a real person instead of using a computer to get the service I appreciate much more!
