I went to the branch to get the business service. The teller Umar was very rude and aggressive. Very rude and unfriendly staff. At the end I met the teller but did not know how to solve the problems. I have decided to take my all business account and loans accounts another bank. I am very disappointed for their rude and aggressive behaviour. No star for them.
I counted 8 staff, 2 teller positions and one of those was taken up by a businessman doing the business banking. NO, I won't trust a machine to take my money, you're a bank not a casino.
Glenorchy branch in Northgate. Anirudh Batheja was so kind to me yesterday. I was crying and had got myself in a state over a mistake I had made. He was so calming and concerned for me. He made me feel comfortable and at ease immediately. I would recommend him for anything such a kind and professional young man. Thank you so much for your kindness and compassion you showed me yesterday.
If I could give no stars, I would. Appalling service. My elderly mother waited 20 minutes for the only teller while they served one person. MeNwhile other staff were in and out of doors and the manager was sitting nearby clearly ignoring the situation. The woman behind my Mum commented how this branch was getting worse. She will be changing banks.
I DO NOT like the new Branch at Northgate. TOO small for starters. There is nowhere to fill out forms before to go to the Teller. For us Ladies there is nowhere to put our bag when at the Teller. There is just no Ledge!!! This is a poorly thought out design. The staff are mostly friendly.
I banked at ANZ and Mystate Glenorchy today and the difference in how I was treated was significant. Staff at Mystate were friendly, greeted me wit a smile and very helpful. At ANZ no greeting, a stern look and treated like I was just an inconvenience. Disappointing.
This is a very poor substitute from the previous location. Only two teller stations If you could call them teller stations A very narrow shelf one of was the only place to fill out forms no pens! . You not even sure when your turn is at the hole in the wall. Management wake up or you are going to lose customers. APPALING is my impression
LEANNE IS VERY HELPFUL AND HOPEFULLY THE MEAN BEAN COUNTERS IN THE MORTGAGE DISCHARGE DEPARTMENT SHE DIDNT CALL THEM THAT WONT TAKE ALL MY MONEY
