Do not bank with this bank they will literally steal your money after cancelling your insurance with no explanation, they just continued to take it again.
I reported I was scammed to Suncorp . Did they refund me ? No . They even had the cheek to say it was too much responsibility for them . Scumbags
As if Suncorp’s service couldn’t get any worse, the Hobart branch can’t seem to stick to their own hours! They’ve been closed on 2 of the 3 times that I’ve visited this year at times that they are supposed to be open, and on the one occasion they were open the CSO messed up, meaning I now have to attend a 4th time for the one purpose, which is to fix an error made by another Suncorp staff member years ago. We are looking elsewhere…
