Soooo annoyed. Asked if I could have a ‘Westpac’ form 3 pages printed as I had misplaced my one I had printed and they refused. After looking at my phone copy he said it was 50 pages, I corrected him and said it was 3 pages. Really awful customer service. Shame the Sandy Bay store closed.

All I wanted was to use the ATMs. That was it. I came in at noon wanting to withdraw some cash to pay for the hairdresser. I inserted my card into the ATM and I tried entering my pin but for some reason it declined. I entered an alternative pin which is only a single number different, mind you and it still declined. I kept trying until they took my card from me. Thankfully I got it back, updated my pin and left with some cashout to pay the hairdresser. Later that day, I wanted to use the ATM to check my balance. I entered the same updated pin EXACTLY and yet they STILL took my card from me, not only that, but then they disabled it for 24 hours. I. Just. Wanted. To use. The ATM. So then I waited more than half an hour for them to get my card back. I got it back with some cashout because y'know, they disabled my card and I left fuming, having to pay double my parking ticket. 10/10 best customer service ever.
Helpful staff, clean quiet bank
I've been waiting for nearly one month for my debit card from Westpac. I was given explanation that I should have received it but when I told no I have not they say it's ok they'll send another for me and should be arriving on 27th but when I called again the lady on the phone said unfortunately it hasn't arrived yet because of the holiday season. So if we're getting holiday all month around you won't do anything at all.
The least scariest branch I've ever been to. Immaculate decor and helpful, more-than-just-friendly staff. I enjoy going there.
I went there for a new account, the staff Melinda she is really nice and helpful
What shocking customer service by a lady by the name of Carol..called me Love and was rude and very unhelpful, she should give her job to someone that wants it
