The single worst experience I have ever had with a bank. We attempted to move our Home Loan over to BankOfUs we were told it would be an easy and quick process, once we had submitted our paper work it was 2 and 1/2 months with no communication from the bank, paper-work was logged on the 16th of November and was still unresolved on the 12th of February. I attempted to contact them multiple times during the process with the same generic it will be done within 1-2 days, even after asking for multiple times, in the end we went to another bank who managed the whole process in under 3 and 1/2 weeks. The Internet banking system is also so far behind other banks, the single worse feature is a forced maximum password with no special characters, this is dangerous and you have no option for a longer password. They also do not have the ability to change your transfer daily limit without calling the bank. I will never return to this bank and I highly suggest you look else where.
