Was at 4.1% variable. Said we were switching to another bank at 3.49%. They immediately put our rate up to 4.5% simply because we said we were leaving. Our new bank has passed on every rate cut and we're down to 2.49% while me are still at 3.17%. I would switch immediately if I was anybody reading this.
Terrible service. Totally disappointed . Would not recommend to anyone
