Great bank with pleasant staff sometimes long lines but overall I have been with them for 56 years because of satisfaction.

Honestly this my state branch i recieved very poor customer service they anne mckenna and sarah granover lied took out an insurance policy on my behalf shut my bank account and said get a lawyer then to top it of i was rejected entry to branch this is first class bulling by this bank they are in the wrong and still dont what to take responsibility my state sold me the insurance and cgu didnt see it thru
I specifically went to this branch to see a particular employee. She is brilliant.
What a great experience had a problem with account hacked young lady at front of the site was so helpful in and out in 20 minutes investigation underway fingers crossed
