Karen the club manager is amazing ! She is always soo helpful and supportive with whatever goals you are trying to achieve. She takes pride and has integrity for her club. The club is always spotless clean and a very friendly and welcoming environment. I'll stay loyal to Anytime Fitness Springvale because I've never had an issue with the club manager or the club itself. I am able to work out confidently knowing Karen is always around if I need advice or help with anything. Would recommend
I come to this gym because it has a warm friendly vibe created by Karen the gym’s manager. Karen is now also my PT for boxing. The gym itself is well lit, clean and open. Members are friendly and this is encouraged and mental health is important to this gym. It’s also not over crowded which I also like, I strongly recommend Anytime Fitness Springvale
The last location was the best AF branch I've been to- clean bathrooms, great atmosphere and good equipment. This new branch is even better. Really enjoying it!

Extremely rude staff/manager, very bad approach to a new customer who just wants to find the right gym for them. The lady working at the time was accusing me of “lying” about already being a member of another gym, this is just unacceptable and completely threw me off even doing the trial for the day. 0 stars

That woman with short blond hair at reception is extreamly rude her behaviour is ridiculous, she gives no info and treats customers very poor her customer service is very very bad.not recommend this gym at all. There are better gyms out there.
Karen was absolutely amazing! Super friendly and helpful. Gym looks excellent with very nice equipment.
Highly recommended Karen to anyone as my personal trainer. She helps me a lot with my overall well-being physical, mental and emotional She is very approacha,you can easily talk to her to learn more things about all the equipment in the gym in order not get injured and what suitable for your body weight Thanks Myint
Karen is doing a good job at keeping the gym clean and tidy. The gym was environmentally friendly and filled with hard committed working people trying to achieve their goals.
