Totally wastage!! I suggest not to join this sort of gym where staff don’t have manners how to handle to a customer. There business is just to grab money from customer’s pocket even if the customer is no longer a client with them. I talk to lady to stopmy membership and still they are deducting money from account and rudely refuse to refund the money and start giving useless excuses.  Their business is to getting money 💰 nothing else. Money eater anytime fitness keilor downs. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 this for your behaviour to clients.

The girls are great. Awesome service. The club can get a bit smelly but what gym doesn’t? Loving the new upgrades. Great work anytime KD.

A Staff with spectacles is a really rude person and has the worst customer service skills.
She doesn't know how to respect a customer and makes fun of them too.
This is the foremost reason of me not joining this gym.

Service is inevitable.
Soon I will get it passed to the head office of anytime fitness for my experience with the  lady staff with glasses.

I have called them regarding holding my contract for some time and one girl said you need to send us email if you want to hold and advise me to go to their website and i will found the email adress there. But i have gone through I didn't found the email. When i get back to them the the girl said you need to give us 7 days notice at least and the 1st call which i made them it was about 9 days before. They said they will charge me for this month. There service is the shittest service i have ever used.
