Team Ellis is has the most amazing trainers and staff they make you feel so welcome and such a wonderful community to be apart of, feels like family all trainers put so much time and work in to each of us clients. All classes are perfect for anyone that walks into the gym as they provide all different kind of levels, if you are thinking of starting at gym i highly recommend Team Ellis it has helped my physical and mental health so much! Best thing I’ve done for my self is start training at Team Ellis
Absolutely love this place! I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 10 years working directly with gym performance. I own my own gym and this place would certainly give me a run for my money on most welcoming atmosphere ! ALL trainers say hello to you when you walk in. This is by far the most professional and welcoming boxing gym I have ever been to. Special shout out to Tommy for being an awesome trainer. Highly recommend
The pro tender to contender 8 week program has been great and really gives you a sense of what the pros go through to get ready for a fight. I’ve loved learning from all the coaches/trainers throughout the weeks to try and improve myself anyway I could. For anyone wanting a out of the box challenge mental and physically I’d highly recommend doing it. The team at Team Ellis are great and always friendly and wanting to get the best results for you too.
Have got to say that I’ve trained at a few different gyms in the past, Team Ellis is the best gym hands down. The trainers are some of the best people you will ever meet. If you’re looking for a boxing gym, don’t waste your time anywhere else, give these guys a go.
It's been great the trainer's are brilliant they show you the right technique and explain all the reasoning and mechanics of them so that you understand when to use certain punches and why you use them when you do. And the Team Ellis Gym is well equipped to handle everyone from the beginner to professional fighter's and the atmosphere in the gym is fantastic everyone is friendly from the staff to your fellow members training it's great and relaxing because there's no ego's.
Team Ellis made me feel like part of the family from day one. The world class trainers push you to your limits and always get the best out of you. I couldn’t recommend team Ellis highly enough if you are thinking for getting into boxing!!
Fantastic boxing gym with great trainers who have plenty of experience. There is a really good range of classes across many times, there's always good vibes in the gym and everyone who trains there is very friendly.

I’ve been at team ellis gym for around 4 years or so and haven’t looked back since, there are many trainers which are all down to earth and very friendly who will help you achieve your goals and needs wether it’s to learn how to box/self defence or if you want to improve your health/fitness. It’s a great atmosphere with some of the best people you’ll ever meet!
Great Trainers, professional Gym with a good mix of fitness cardio and boxing classes. Perfect for both Adults, teens and kids. My kids, who range from 10 to 17 years old boys and girls, love it! Personally I'm 50 years of age and believe it's the best all round excercise and fitness one can do!
Team Ellis is an amazing gym. You feel super welcome every time you walk in, and the environment feels more like a big family. Each trainer puts their time and efforts into making you a fitter and healthier person! Absolutely love training there and can’t imagine being anywhere else
