Came here looking for a decent outdoor pool and was very happy with the water quality! It was so crystal clear, probably the best one in Melbourne. I was surprised at how warm the pool was as well.nnMost other pools have a thin layer of dirt, dead skin and strange shapes but the bottom of the outdoor pool was spotless!nnAlso used the sauna, very nice and warm.nnStaff were very friendly and helpful not sure what the other reviews are on about :/nnAlso like how the showers have a handle and not an annoying push button. Bathrooms were nice and clean.nnIt’s a shame the outdoor pool is closed from the 20th of April onwards.nnWill definitely be coming back
Keilor East Leisure Centre is a fantastic community facility that offers something for everyone. The gym is spacious, well-equipped, and always clean, while the group fitness classes are fun and professionally run. The indoor pool is perfect for laps or family swims, and the kids love the splash area. Staff are friendly, helpful, and create a welcoming environment. It's a great place to stay active and healthy, and the recent upgrades have made it even better. Highly recommended for locals and visitors alike!
We started the go swim program for 2 young children and have seen the improvements in no time, the staff are great and pool facilities great too. The kids playground add to a fun day. The outdoor pool has reopened for spring/summer season.nnThere are lots of bathroom and change room options for families.nnThe payment and membership arrangements and app make it easy to move sessions if needed and monitor my schedule.nnNo photos of kids in water, but website has accurate images
Came to this place for a play date. This place has an indoor and outdoor swimming area, a fun interactive play area for the kids with great water features, a pool with just enough depth for toddlers, they offer swimming lessons for kids not sure about pricing and it accommodates everyone in all age groups. Also the entrance fee is so affordable!! We paid under $22 for 2 adults and two 7year old kids, I will definitely be visiting again.
I waited at the counter for over 10 minutes, but Alicia at the reception ignored me and served others instead. When no one was there, she kept going to the back pretending to be busy. Very poor customer service.
