Amazing and friendly staff. Pool was great, lots of variety of things to do. Only cost me $5 as a student to get in. A very aesthetically appealing venue. I will definitely come back. Although the pool is out of commission I saw that the Moonee Vally Council were going to be putting a lot more money into restorations, you just have to be patient. But until then I still thing this is a wonderful place

The facilities themselves are diverse and of a reasonable standard (not top shelf, but decent). Be wary of providing your contact information though. Frequent harassment from staff via phone/text/email to try and get us onto the next 'stage' convinced us to cancel our membership and go somewhere else.

Pool is clean and change rooms clean. Happy with the swimming program that my children are in.

Have cancelled membership due to constant errors and poor administration. I would receive multiple calls per week about making bookings, even after I had already made them. I even received a call tonight to see how my membership was going...... despite it being cancelled. Payment issues constantly were annoying. Facilities have been done up recently, so are ok, but not great. Staff in the crèche were lovely though.

Outside pools are old and neglected. The toddler pool is so old the paint is all flaking of the bottom and side of the pool. There are bird droppings all over the toddler pool and on the adjacent building which then fall on to the pool. There is so much debris in the water that on a busy day the water is murky and possibly dangerous...It’s a real shame...The other pools don’t rate much better. Inside facilities have had a makeover a few years ago so they are not bad. Come on guys how about an upgrade to the pools?
