I've been a client of. Amy's and Total Wellness for about 8 years. I've had torn calf muscles , rehab on a broken wrist, Rye neck and countless other injuries . I follow all my rehab exercises and sometimes book an app just for a good hard massage. Not sure we're is be without the Practice looking after me. I never have to wait , there's plenty of parking and generally a pleasant place to be. I'd highly recommend Total Wellness Avondale Heights.

All the staff are helpful and very friendly. Amy is a professional physio who maintains a very high standard.  I have always been pleased with her work and would highly recommend their services.

So grateful to have found this wonderful practice. Excellent physiotherapists who are extremely knowledgable and gifted. Always help me recover quickly. Highly recommend!

After a major cycle accident requiring months off work. Physio treatment from Amy and her team I am now 100%. Amy was able to treat my sensitive injuries with care and work aound areas as they healed to maximise the treatment recovery. Also very accomodating for appointment times. As a Medibank members choice provider, I was able to maximise my rebate claim.
