Yoga Freedom offers yoga and meditation classes for all skill levels as well as rejuvenating and relaxing yoga retreats and meditation courses.
Nadia Viglianti is the principal teacher at Yoga Freedom. Beginning her yoga journey in 1977, Nadia has trained extensively throughout India, USA and Australia, and has been teaching Hatha Yoga since 2004. She is also an accredited member of the Yoga Teacher Association of Australia.
Nadia’s teaching philosophy is to approach each asana (Yoga pose) with a clam, relaxed and focused attitude that can then be adapted to life outside the yoga and how we respond to every day events. Her aim is to develop this same awareness in her students and help them to cultivate a greater sense of physical and spiritual wellbeing through regular yoga practice. Classes are supportive and accommodate students of all levels, and Nadia is happy to modify any yoga position to suit individual needs.
