Unfortunately I only found Dinah Parade Spinal only a couple of months ago even though I have lived in the area for over five years. The staff and treatment you receive is second to none. So happy I was referred here.

Within a week, I noticed a difference for the better. How amazing a few exercises each day made to my day to day existence. Nevine Eskander is so specialised in what she does that I was able to improve my condition week by week, progressing with different exercises to strengthen my very weak muscles. Nevine also educated me in what had happened to cause this condition and how the exercises would help. It all made sense, I did the exercises and I am so much better now.
