This is by far the best physio place in Melbourne that I have been too. The staff are professional, polite and well trained at what they do. I recently did a reformer pilates class in their new studio which was very enjoyable. It was some what challenging but in the best way possible, being able to push myself without over doing it. I will definitely be a returning customer!
I called on a Saturday morning with knee pain- new patient and needing a long consultation. No appointments available as I expected. The receptionist was so very helpful and said she would call me back with some options. Which she did. John made himself available to see me at the end of appointments for the day. Professional service. They are friendly and went out of their way to help and treat my injury. I walked out pain free and I will continue to go here for my Physio needs. Thankyou so very much.
My first physiotherapy session proved to be an enlightening experience. The staff was courteous and all aspects were explained thoroughly and methodically at reception. My therapist, Robbie, was equally informative and understanding & I look forward to future appointments.
These guys are amazing! I had an injury which remained persistent for a few months which stopped me from running. The initial advice and management plan from John really set me on my way. I then saw Luke who took me through a systematic exercise program which enabled me to get back to running PAIN FREE again. 100% recommend !!!!!!
Absolutely excellent! I have been to so many physios where i felt they did nothing, i am already feeling better and feel confident i am in the right place. I saw Robbie who was professional and knowledgeable.
I had an initial assessment with Scott physio at Keilor road physiotherapy. asked about my weekly training and therefore evaluate my physical condition. Including an analysis of my movement patterns, strength, range of motion, reflexes, sensation, and of course pain patterns. Totally recommended. In general friendly staff and outstanding service. Now looking forward to my studio classes. !
I've been to multiple physios in Melbourne and these guys are a cut above the rest. As a health professional I appreciate evidence-based practice. It's wonderful that this group evolves with the field and are not hung up on using outdated techniques that are so commonly seen in the industry. My physio developed a comprehensive treatment plan and it was very rewarding seeing results.Great team in a great setting.
