I absolutely love this gym. Staff are friendly, good maintenance and a good environment to train. I am only concerned about how expensive it is. I pay so much money to come to this gym but the opening hours are not so great. For a membership that highly priced I’d expect that gym to be open 24/7 or atleast longer hours. And I hate that they take every opportunity to close like Australia day or other public holidays.

Its all women specific, according to my wife, the staff is very sportive, PT sessions per week, group classes etc. Comfortable environment....

I love this gym . Offers breakfast coffee tea frior snacks. Bathrooms clean and has showers with shampoo  and hair drier and hair straightner . Body creams deaodrants.... Great classes really nice teachers lots of machines  and equipment. A full schedule and a day care in the morning from 6 till 11
