My grandchildren had a wuick look around and met a lovely lady with her dog we got talking and she wanted a toy dor him so my granddaughter took her to the dog isle and became a great shop assistant. Not bad considering she is 5 years old she was fantastic and the lady took one of the toys my granddaughter suggested.
Every visit is a great experience. Always have stocks of my regular items. Fun and friendly staff
Fair prices and good range of products. Staff are knowledgeable and were willing to help refund and replace a product I wasn't happy with. So far 10/10 would reccomend.
I was well thought I was lucky to get two Furbaby appointments for grooming , one for 12:30 and one 3:30, I asked if the one can stay while the 3:30 one is done. Sure not a problem. I was amazed I got a text at 2:06pm to collect both . Firstly the groomer didn’t know breed specific cuts and I was told abruptly she only been doing this for five years. When I collected my furbabies they seemed semi ok despite normal stress later that evening my little one was acting strange and wouldn’t come to me which is not normal. She also kept pawing her left eye . In the evening her eye was worse and I do not know what your groomers did to make my little Angel scared of me and mum and also this eye issue now. I’m not impressed .
Was a bit disappointed as taking my baby into a pet shop for the first time I thought would have some type of animals for her to see but all they had were fish and birds. What happened to the days of cats, kittens, bunnys, puppies ect
Always friendly staff and helpful. Always lots of fur babies just chilling also. Love this place

Love the store and the staff are always welcoming and helpful. The prices are a bit expensive on some things. But overall a good store.
Laura was super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Great service and will definitely be back. The turtle was cute too!
