We went to buy a wall oven. Didn't want a gold one . The salesman Blake knew the products very well and was not pushy. Gave us a pamphlet on the one we liked and told us to go home and think about it. I phoned him later with the credit card number and it is being installed within 48 hours. Excellent service, excellent salesman and most of all his product knowledge.
A worst service ever by Harpreet at Harvey Norman in computer Department.nnI went to buy Apple Mac Studio.nnHarpreet was my sales person who dealt me with very poor customer service. I wanted to buy through Gem Finance, the way he was trying to avoid the Apple sale and encourage me to buy windows sounds like he was not serious about his job and only works for Window but Harvey Norman.nnIt was an easy thing he Harpreet made it so hard and frustrating. I didn’t want to buy bloody windows want to but Apple. Apply my Gem application let's see how much approval I get and if not full amount I will pay rest, I get the product and happy days.nBut He Harpreet made it so bloody annoying that I would never want to go back at Harvey Norman.nnThere was no manger in computer department no 2IC to talk with.nnThen I called Neol leeming they said they have that in stock in Auckland and sale will be done in a week through Gem Finance.nnSame matter so bloody less hassle.nnNever want to go back at Harvey Norman and face unprofessional Harpreet.
Faulty laptop Lenovo, had to be repaired twice shortly after purchasing. Asked for a full refund after 2nd fault, denied. Don't live near Harvey Norman Lower Hutt, petrol costs of returning it each time for repair, need it for working from home 2 days a week, 2 weeks in getting repaired each time, had to buy a second hand computer. Waste of my money and time. Will never shop at Harvey Norman again or buy Lenovo.
My husband and I were very impressed with the service we got from Anupam. Our plan was to look across all the bed shops for the best deal. He by chance was the first and only salesman we encountered. We were so impressed with his friendly demeanor, the way he used his intuition and gave us space to talk, but was readily available to assist us. He was informative and helpful and guided us to make the right purchase without being pushy. He delivered on his promises. Thank you Anupam for a job well done
