Great place to shop for furniture, kitchen appliances, electronics and computer equipment. Staff in the furniture department is quite friendly and cheerful bunch. I didn't had a great experience in the computer department.

Decent selection of products. Ample parking. Small coffee shop. Couple of other homeware shops plus pet shop. Also near Melling station, if you're taking the train.

Purchased a lounge suite, entertainment unit, coffee table and lamp table. We bought the day after boxing day, were assured that our furniture would arrive Before beginning of February. Called in Mid February as hadn't heard anything, were told would arrive before end of Feb. Called in March, were told it would arrive next week. Called the next week, was told it would arrive on Saturday that week. Waited all day Saturday, didn't arrive. Eventually got our furniture in the second week of April. Called total of 8 times and no one seemed to care , and no one apologized. Asked to be put through to manager, staff said they would leave a message but that I shouldn't expect a call back. Worst shopping experience in my life. I will never ever EVER buy from Harvey Norman again, even if shopping elsewhere is more expensive. They don't care about their customers, they just want to take our money. Absolutely atrocious!

We buy all our appliances there. Good selection helpful staff. The furniture section is not to my taste but that is a taste thing.

The photo center team at this store are out of this world. The sky is the limit for them. They are a bunch of stellar supernovas! Fantastic service
