Had my A5 Samsung taken in and said it was a easy 2-3 day fix. 2 days lead to 2 weeks and nothing had been done to fix my phone. Small business with no good connections to getting any phone issue fixed. Omni tech in the queens gate mall has shown more promise. Make sure the fix is within their expertise.

I am writing to tell you how disappointed I am about the service I got, when I had my Moto 2G phone repaired. I took it in because the charging port was faulty, I was told 120 to fix. So I said that's fine, after waiting about a month for this. I was told that the charging port works but the phone was constantly vibrating, I was told it would cost $20 to get it fixed. So after waiting a few more weeks I got it back. After a month of so of using it, it started to constantly vibrate again. and since it was after the warranty I would have to pay a $100+ to fix it.

I took the phone to a place in Wellington, got it fixed turned out that the reason why it was vibrating constantly was because when it was put back together the wires that connect the vibrator etc were crossed. They got uncrossed now it works fine.

Fixed the screen on my kids iPhone very quickly and at a fantastic price. Highly recommend

Not good
so I bought my phone in to get the phone jack replaced and I got it back while the part was getting shipped and i noticed that the volume rocker was dented in but it still worked so i though 'no big deal'. Then after the jack was replaced they had to replace the power button ,which tooh approx. 3 weeks, because they somehow broke it. now after they have fixed it the vibrator sounds like it is dying and no longer proporly vibrates, the power usage is suspiciously though the roof, i can no longer use mobile data for some reason and this all happened suspiciously soon after i got my phone back from this company.
I would definitely not recommend this to ANYONE after the shenanegans that i had to go through
