Very good service. Specially from the lady at electronics.. she helped me get some accessories for my ps5 i got from you guys.  Very impressed . Keep up the good work.

Dylan was awesome, it was clear newer staff were at the till and he was helpful to them and myself. He offered a discount and threw in an extended warranty on a gift I purchased for my husband .  I really appreciated the service and will definitely be buying tech here in the future as I felt secure about the customer care if something were to go wrong .  Also love that I could literally shop for all my people I buy for in 1 place super handy .

Compared with other tech stores this ones the best. Staff are knowledgeable and if they don't know. They will go get another staff member for that area. Staff ask if you need assistance.  Even the guards out front are friendly and greet you in and out of the shop.  No fuss on price matching. Shop here

Not too crowded. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Savanna directed us to Cds which we wanted and it was a great experience . I loved the Vinyl section and hopefully come back again with a list. Really like games and Vinyls. Very good collections. Thanks team. Aloha

Very helpful staff - knowledgeable and made appropriate recommendations. The wireless headphones I bought are excellent. Very happy.

Great products and good prices,  sadly let down by totally indifferent staff. I couldn't find anyone to help me, so I waited in the queue at the till,  only to have someone called to come help me. I waited some more,  and nobody came. Ended up tearing the box to get it off the locked hangers before waiting in the queue again and paying for it. Good thing it was something I had already chosen. If I had needed help,  or if I could have bought elsewhere,  I would have left the store.

One of the store I love to visit. Their staff are helpful and friendly.

How can a place with so many staff never have anyone to help. Even when you’ve asked for help at the counter and they tell you to wait at the side, even though a good first step might have been to check your database to see if you have stock of a particular item. I went to Noel leeming instead.

1st time in the store was well set out and was amazed at their selection of music and of dvd

Dylan was absolutely great to deal with, sorted me out with a much needed upgrade with my phone and made the whole process quick and easy!
