They do not have enough staff, no one answers the phone and no one returns your calls, out of 10 basically a big fat 0. go somewhere else for service.

I tried for 4 days to get hold of Porirua and Lambton stores with no reply Hannah replied within 10min and was really helpful! Full credit.

Was really good every time I have been in there the service has been top notch thank you to the team for being understanding and helping me. Instead of other company's where they blame you or a rude these guys are honest and will do the best to help you :)

From the services that Vodafone have provided I am more then pleased with the level of service they give compared to lacking great services others have given in the past such as Telecom and 2degrees which are well below companies that could learn from their highly motived efforts..I will comment on the store when I get that far. Avoid 2 degress beyond sadness of treatment of poor management

Have rang so many times since last week and left numerous messages personally and on their voicemail at Queensgate branch for a manager to call but still no call back. This is just ridiculous!😡😡😡
