A feel a bit sorry for the staff at times. Their PC system is from the 90s it often seems. Could do better with prices. Over charging kiwis since the beginning. Cannot stand that they brand phones at start up without any actual discount or benefit.

Staff were as helpful as they could be. Took a brand new Samsung S22 Ultra back as it was faulty and wouldn't work. They won't replace it till it's been sent back and inspected,even though it's only been taken out of the box and charged! Means the customer has to wait and then take more time again to come back to the store and collect a replacement. Terrible customer service process. Not my fault the phone is faulty, it shouldn't cost me my time and money to get it replaced!

I have been a customer for 6 years, still am. Have bought 3 devices and have always received good customer service until today. The lady blonde, young who was trying to cover up her name ID as she knew she was very rude, not only to us customers but to a trainee, I feel sorry for the trainee guy. Lady, learn the first thing about customer services, be polite and patient at all times!!!! This is the worst experience I have had with spark.
Ashley was just so incredible and patient throughout! A brilliant experience. He came across as a genuine person with great knowledge who was simply there to assist. Not once did we feel the pressure to buy something on the spot, but because he was so helpful we walked out with a brand new max pro! The guy needs a raise!
