Great service and beautiful place.
The food is good but everything is SWEET and we ended up feeling ill afterwards. French food doesn't need so much added sugar

Belated review from last year but after retrospectively reading another review with similar problem I had to chime in. Dined here on New Year's eve last year and ordered oysters. As I was eating it, I had a piece that smelled really off but I ate it as I didn't want to be rude to my girlfriend at the time but did raise it with the waitress and asked her to smell it. I wasn't charged for the oysters and I told the owner I will ring if I get sick and went on to see the fireworks. On the way there, pretty much within an hour or two of eating the oysters, i started having diarrhoea.

Reading the responses to other negative reviews, you seem to have issues accepting negative reviews. I have only stated facts from the night. 
Fact 1: My girlfriend and I had the exact same food all day long
Fact 2: She skipped the oysters as she doesn't like them
Fact 3: The oyster I had smelled like it came out of sewers, which I alerted your waitstaff to
Fact 4: Waitstaff was going to talk to the chef and report back but they never did
Fact 5: Charge for oysters were credited back to me. Out of sympathy? I doubt it
On what basis do you think your fine food is not the cause for my illness that night? Just because of your pride in your food? I was fine all day and had oysters for starter and started getting sick on the way to another destination from your restaurant. Not to mention the smell of the oysters clearly gave it away.

Sadly the Allure has been lost on me at Allure. We dined in April and had an amazing evening with Eddie however sadly tonight I left feeling rather disappointed. Perhaps I chose badly or maybe it was just an off night however the food wasn’t really the same level of quality as it was for me in April. Whilst we were full we decided to not even squeeze in dessert which is a big thing for us. The gentleman who served us was nice and very friendly however didn’t come close to Eddie. Overall the experience was just lacking the “Allure” we experienced in April. :-(

Was good before with polite staff and great food but they are having and upgrade with staff and it is only going to improve from there!!

I suggest going down and giving it a try!

Amazing food, only thing I could fault was that the Aircon inside was nowhere near adequate. It got very stuffy, very quickly, when all the tables were taken.
