This is the worst Maccas. Cole on the floor. Broken machines. Long waits and the app never works. We’ve been waiting about 15 minutes with no one in the food establishment. All Tables were filthy with dried muck on them. Chips were dumped into happy meal box upside down. And the 1 in 4 wins QR code just opens the app. You can’t actually win anything through it. And we all know Maccas won’t pay any attention to this review.
By far the dirtiest Macca’s on the coast. Consistently filthy, bins overflowing, rubbish everywhere and lacking a good clean. MacGrubs!
By far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I’ve lived in palm beach for 7 years and never once been happy. Order the standard burger and get basically nothing. Ask for extras to make up to a normal burger and they take the piss.nnI called to let them know how disgusting it was to receive the response “what do you even want to achieve out of this phone call”
After several years frequenting the Pines Elanora McDonalds for a cheat meal and 3 out of 4 orders guaranteed to be wrong, have missing items or stone cold food and terrible customer service, I tried 19th Ave Maccas and in the last 12 months I have had zero wrong orders, zero missing items and the occasional order with luke warm fries.nnThis is proof that there is a culture lead by the team leader in restaurants and even though the elanora and Palm Beach maccas are a stone throw apart, they are world apart in how they deliver.nnI real credit to the team leaders and Staff at Macca 19th Ave.
Service was really good, food was delightful. Was served by a lovely manager of the staff. Really helpful and did not feel rushed ordering at all. Will recommend this Mcdonalds to people 5/5
