Horrible landlord experience. Apparently anyone can walk into their office and claim that they are the owner and take the keys. Luckily it was only my parents. (I had no knowledge of this at the time) But it makes you question how safe is my property in the hands of this agency? No ongoing condition reports through out the lease period - only got one entry and exit when the tenant left. At the end, there was an issue with a cleaner not being paid because the bond was released to the tenant, (they said it was released by the RTA by mistake.) but I'm not convinced of this. Before even asking the tenant, they made up the mind that the tenant was not going to pay anyway and it was too hard to go down this road, so their advice to was to just pay it or take it to QCAT which will cost more then its worth. That is what customer service is all about! Mind you, also this was all done via email - I guess past clients are not worthy of a phone call. Honestly, its not the money, i just thought with all the previous issues they would take the small hit out of good faith. But i guess money is much more important to them then people.

Highly recommended. Rob, Craig & Nik recently assisted my elderly Mum sell her unit. They all made such an effort to make the whole process as stress free as possible for Mum taking the time to explain everything along the way. The unit sold for a great price and nothing was too much trouble for the team at All Suburbs Real Estate. To anyone who is thinking of selling or buying, this is the real estate to go through.

All Suburbs Real Estate Marsden was highly recommended to me and I wasn't disappointed. It took 8 weeks to sell my unit and every open house weekend the staff worked hard and shared my excitement after it was sold. They are a great bunch of guys. I really recommend All Suburbs Real Estate Marsden.
