The best spicy margarita in Adelaide hands down. Inviting and nothing but a smile on the dial. Matty one of the big chiefs behind the bar is a perfectionist. The knowledge and craftsmanship of the cocktail making is irrefutable. Every cocktail ingredient, weather it’s a high quality gin like Laneway, a nicely served whisky or tequila, Matty and the Alfred will put the a diploma of cocktail mastery on to your table with the perfect mix of flavors to match. The bar is a great size. The mezzanine is a great place to book a private party. The tunes are on point. The combination of bar and street hangs are seconds to none. The Alfred is a stand out bar compared to the competition on peel st. You can’t go wrong

I went to Alfred’s not expecting much on a Monday night but boy was I wrong. The music was great and the bartenders were incredibly personable and friendly. They made me the best margarita I’ve ever had and the vibe was so much fun. If you’re looking for a chill bar with great drinks this is the bar to go to. Shoutout to the two boys working that night. Incredibly professional and skilled.
Just wow! Friendly staff, small wine list but found a great one and seriously I can be a bit of a princess. Sunday afternoon most are closed and Alfred’s is open and happy to serve you. Give them a go - ask and i believe they will fulfill. We will be back.
Great little spot in Peel street that’s open a bit earlier than most. Great friendly staff. Good drink selection as you’d expect. Good during spring / summer when you can sit outside.
