A once only mistake. I booked 5 days in advance as we wanted a seat by the window. Wanted too book for 7pm but was told no chance of anything by the window and the same for 7:30pm but 8pm could guarantee we would be seated by the window, got there and no window seat. When we questioned this the answer was the person taking the booking didn't know what he was doing and shouldn't have committed the window seat. The if 20 year old duty manager then seem too want to argue the point. Her story changed a number of times to suit before she settled on these people probably asked for a window seat as well and it was first in first served. the duty manager seemed too take our comments personally so I mentioned when we left that they weren't directed at her too which she replied oh well you got some food and it is what it is ?????. The food for the charge was below average and in my view the only thing going for this place is the view. Don't make the same mistake, summary, Unclean, inexperienced staff, no parking as there was a wedding on, no internal procedure for customer requests on accepting bookings,below average food. You have been warned, don't waste your money.

Our family visited on 6th of February. The waiting staff were very good, and made the experience comfortable. We were disappointed overall with the quality of the food. The seafood was not up to par. For the pricing of the food, it was worth half of what we paid for. For what is usually a 4.5/5 star restaurant has sadly lost its edge as a top restaurant.

Lovely lunch today, Pulled Pork Burger, a very generous Caprese Salad and a quite well priced bottle of Chard. Great work!
