I just ordered from Subway online as I was feeling under the weather. My husband picked up our order, and to our disappointment, my sub was missing the extra avocado that I paid for. It's baffling how such a simple instruction was missed, especially considering it wasn't even busy when my husband went to pick up the order. It's frustrating to pay extra for something and not receive it. Upon calling to address the issue, hoping for a refund on my Subcard, I was met with the worst customer service experience. The lady I spoke to lacked basic courtesy and failed to apologise for the oversight. This lack of attention to detail is unacceptable and has left a sour taste in our mouths.
Purchased a 12 inch breakfast bacon and egg with blue vein dressing. I am not sure what went wrong but it was swamped in dressing, the bun was soggy and dressing dozed out everywhere
Absolutely shocked at Subway Waiuku. Went through to buy a $10.90 Chicken Bacon Melt, seemed okay till we got the vegetable side. The lettuce was flat, limp, dry white with brown bits and look terrible. Upon asking for fresh lettuce please I was informed that that was their standard of fresh and they didn't have anymore and that would just have to deal with it. Totally unacceptable from a shop that promises fresh vegetables and the lack Lustre and angry attitude to rectify it was disturbing. Avoid at all costs. Should of just walked out and left the half made rolls. Not even an apology for lack of fresh produce. A discount cause half of the things weren't fresh so if your after just a meat roll, by all means. If it's fresh you want head elsewhere.
The worse rudest service I have ever encountered I will also phoning head office on how I was treated I should know I have been in hospitality for over 40 years and this place and you dont treat customers like you did discrafull it is dirty and terrible aggressive attitude from the so called manager and franchisre .all over a $3 item .Which I oplogized as I got the price wrong and asked why is there such a attitude slapping throwing the ingredients onto the soggy bread. Then the owner came out and kept saying I don't understand many times and he ended up saying that he also has a attitude unbelievable the worst experience I have encountered . No wonder he has trying to employ staff consistently over the last 5 years the two Indian ladies seemed lovely shame about the old lady manager... time for you to retire
