We were visiting from out of town and went Saturday for dinner, was so good we came back Sunday too. Very tasty handmade beef patties, caramelized onions was a yummy addition to the Beef and Bacon burger. Southern Chicken burger was tasty and crunchy, adding bacon was a good idea. Saturday we all had the Double beef and cheese burger at a locals suggestion and it did not disappoint. Great flavors and good value for money. I wish we lived closer so we could work our way through the menu.
Definitely not worth the $100 for what we got. Burgers were basically raw and not just slightly pink. No flavour. Overpriced for what you get. Unsure if people making the burgers have actually tried the burgers because there's no taste whatsoever and other burgers were weird flavourful combos.
What you get for $17. 2 sliders rather than 3, no curly fries, no sauce and hard as rock buns. Avoid.Food: 1/5

Website was terrible to use to order. Kept getting an accept terms pop up every time I clicked something. My food was cold no cheese even though I ordered it and paid for an onion ring extra which was also missing meat was very chewy and not good quality.Husbands food was lukewarm both had to be reheated which made the burgers pretty soggy. Have complained to the owners before now and nothing has changed will not be going back.
The food tasted good at first. But it took a toll on my family. Everyone got food poisoning. Vomiting, diarrhoea and fever. Dry chicken and cold buns. Food was not fresh. Definitely contaminated, would not recommend to anybody.
Third time in a row having a bad experience. Once again gave me the wrong bun on the burger. Had a fried chicken burger. Chicken itself had a hard texture was terrible quality. Couldn't even tell it was fried chicken either. Having problems 3 times in a row and spending around $50 each time and only getting a "sorry" isn't good enough. Will never go back and won't recommend to anyone
We we expecting really awesome burgers, but were really let down for the $30 that we paid for 2x burgers. They were pretty small with not much filling at all. We also bought curly fries which were yum, but unfortunately we wont be going back there again. The photos we saw online were completely different to what we recieved. Such a shame as from the reviews it looks like they used to be much bigger and of better quality as to what they are now. The staff were very friendly though.
Unfortunately this place just gets worse by the week! Good luck if you're trying to order from Glenbrook.....Phone number is for wrong store, and opening hours and open days are all wrong online. Food is fine, that's if it's in stock as they run out of things. Staff are lovely, so PLEASE sort out the management side of it before the locals give up. We want to support local but you are making it damn near impossible
The food looked nice and tasted great until the next day everyone was sick and got food poisoning from it, the chicken was cold and the burger bun was crumbling every where and looked as if it was gone bad. I do not recommend the food!
