WORST EVER - DO NOT USE - THEY STEAL FROM YOUR CREDIT CARD I rented a car end June 2021 and returned the car at the end of July. I have the proof of return. They have deducted each months from my credit card despite emails and many contacts telling them they were wrong charges. They have stolen 3300 euro from my credit card. AND THEY NEVER ANSWER. This is the worst customer service. Pity as the desk staff was nice. I've rented cars for 25 years in many parts of the world. But NEVER did I experienced such POOR customer service. STAY AWAY. Hertz airport is the worst.
Shame! DON'T GO TO THIS STORE They charged me one day more and they don't want to give the money back!!! They the stop answering my mails. Run away from HERTZ BRU.
forgot item in car while running to catch my flight , gentleman on phone said that an external company are in charge of cleaning cars and they can not be responsible. Received different vehicle statement that the one I actually rent. Reading previous comment it looks like i m not the first one ! is not renting company is a mafia or what? tried for weeks to contact hertz by email never answer me back this is incredible. Reliable and always without any complications. The traffic situation around the airport is a bit tricky, but still good starting point for a rental car. Used the service several times.
A good alternative if you want to avoid airport overcharges. It is cheaper to get a taxi there and pick up the car if you plan to rent a car for more than 4-5 days. Car was brand new and the price competitive to other low cost brands. Pick up and return was very fast, no wait at all. Difficult to reach with public transport. No drop off point outside working hours.

À mon arrivée au guichet de l'aéroport de Bruxelles, la personne s'est montrée très désagréable en me disant que la caution ne pouvait pas se régler par carte de débit. J'explique à ce dernier que sur le site internet il est bien indiqué le contraire, et il commence à rentrer dans des argumentations qui n'avaient aucun sens. Hertz indique sur son site qu'ils acceptent la carte de débit, point ! Ensuite, voyant qu'il avait perdu sa guerre d'égo te m'avoir affirmé qu'il connaissait son métier, car il est la depuis des années, il a commencé à chercher des problèmes sur mon permis de conduire étrangers, en me disant que je devais détenir un permis international, ce qui encore une fois était faux dans mon cas. Tout cela pour terminer en disant qu'il allait faire une exception et m'accorder la location ! Excusez-moi de venir dépenser mon argent chez vous !!! Le véhicule a été retourné le 30 novembre 2022, nous sommes le 23 janvier et après 3 relances auprès d'eux, le remboursement de la garantie n'a toujours pas été remboursé et de plus maintenant ils disent que c'est ma banque qui pose problème et que je dois voir avec eux.
