I have rented cars from all the major companies all over the world and this was the best experience by far. It is almost impossible to get Price, Quality and Service at the same time but this company exceeded my expectations and you now have a  " Raving Fan". My daughter a Townsville resident did the research and picked your firm. It was the first time a rental company had given me a tour around the car and pointed out every single tiny scratch, rock chip and showed it marked on the form . The car to me looked perfect but they noted even the most minor mark on a bumper. The check out and in was very efficient and the staff were excellent. I will use your agency again when I return next year.

We rented a little MG for 9 days. Fantastic, helpful and friendly service. Picked us up in minutes from the airport, and at the end of the rental dropped us at Magnetic Island ferry terminal. Car was great, and their pricing was well below the big firms with whom we have had terrible experiences. Would definitely recommend Meteor.

Very helpful and the only car rental place open on a Saturday in Townsville. The car was very new & ran perfectly. They picked us up & dropped us back to the airport.

Our experience was nothing short of fantastic. We initially hired a vehicle from another mainstream company at the airport, we were told we couldn't take the vehicle over to Magnetic Island. It was Sunday and our ferry was booked. Even if another mainstream hire company allowed it, they weren't open. Meteor Car Rentals were open, extremely helpful, fast and friendly. The vehicle was immaculate and on return were happy to drop us at the airport. I highly recommend this company and in future will look for them first when visiting north Queensland.

Can not praise this Townsville team enough. They have gone above and beyond to help me. The car was in excellent condition. The car was very clean, tidy and well maintained. The service was efficient and professional. I would highly recommend this organisation. Best price in town as well.  Thanks guys very happy to do business with you. I will definitely be back if I need any of your services in the future. I am a customer for life.

Very friendly and helpful service with our last minute request. Then to top it off they gave us a courtesy transfer to the ferry terminal on return of the car. Would highly recommend 1300Meteor for your car hire needs in Townsville.

I did alot of research in finding the cheapest hire truck to move my house over a weekend, and these guys came up triumphs. Great customer service and showed how to use the equipment which was appreciated. Made the whole process of moving that little bit easier. Highly recommend

One of the best customer experiences I’ve had. As soon as I turned up to return a trailer a bloke hopped off his forklift and guided me in to the spot. While he started unhitching the trailer, another employee came out to greet me and take me in to the office to complete the return paperwork. It was all over in under 10 minutes and I was on my way. Incredible service, especially for a Friday afternoon . Well done.

Pick up and drop off was just so easy, the van I hired was perfect for my needs. Every staff member was just so helpful and went above and beyond what I expected as great service. I would highly recommend Meteor Rentals for their fantastic service. Thanks guys!

This is far and away the best car hire service both in Townsville and Mt Isa! David went out of his way to help us when our flight was unexpectedly cancelled as we arrived to return the car in Townsville. Best price for a small car as well. Will definitely use Meteor again. Don and Christine
