I had a nice coffee here. My companion felt her hot chocolate was nowhere near jot enough. Ordering is a bit chaotic, it's hard to know where to stand in order to be in the queue. Some tables have screens that let you bring up films from the ACMI archives to watch, and that sounds like a fantastic thing to do.

Dips were nice and people friendly. Good cold drinks. Let me charge my phone. Back again and munched on the magic Waygu burger and chunky chips. The burger was so big it was hard to eat but well worth the sauce in the beard. The chips were perfectly cooked and had great crunch and the taste of fresh oil. Washed down with an excellent pot of Mornington Brown Ale. A great spot to spend time out of the sun on a hot day with mates.

Horrible customer service for overpriced food. Avoid. Head to other chilled out places in the city.

Bad Customer Service by this Young Waitress !!! I was there with my husband and relatives at ACMI Cafe & Bar last Saturday 18th November, 2017 I ordered an Iced coffee and the young waitress served it to me. Then I realized that there was no sugar on the table.So, I called her and told her that I need a sugar. Then I noticed that there was no teaspoon so I told her that she didn't give me a spoon. Then she said, you have one but I told her that the spoon is wet (it was already inside the glass when she served the Iced coffee). SHE STARTED ARGUING THAT I COULD HAVE TOLD HER WHEN I ASKED FOR THE SUGAR. I TOLD HER THAT SHE SHOULD KNOW. SHE GAVE ME A MEAN LOOK AND WALKED AWAY!!! Well, that response from her is not what I expected. I guess, she should have just apologize and get me that damn teaspoon, end of story.
