The issue I had was with a printer. I brought it to AB Solutions and it was fixed in a timely manner. However, when i got home the problem remained. The problem it turned out out was with me. Neanderthal with computers I am ! However a phone call was all that was needed for the technician to go above and beyond. He called me back, solved the problem and I was back in business. AND this was all well into the evening. The guy took time out of his evening to solve my issue, NO extra charge. NO frustration shown on his part. Just patience with a customer who had no where else to turn. I can't remember service so good. I am a customer for life. If they'll have me.

I had recently developed problems with my old but very good Hewlett Packard, 1320 tn Laser Printer, I was connected to this business after calling a number I obtained from the web and the technician, Harry, talked me through fixing the problems over the phone, not only was Harry very helpful and patient he seemed to know his craft extremely well. All this after contacting a large Brisbane firm specializing in this service who wanted to charge me a $200 call out fee even if I took the machine to their premises and explaining that due to the age of the machine, difficulty obtaining parts, that it may not be worth it. No parts were needed just someone with competence and the willingness to help. I recommend this business without qualification, thank you Harry. Matt

Response to my online enquiry was fast, attendance of the technician (Harry) and knowledge of the problem being experienced was high. Follow up contact and answering my queries provided a high level of customer service which is sadly lacking in today's world. This is a fantastic operation and they obviously have a passion for what they do and its not just a job to them. If you are experiencing issues and want deal with someone who will give you ongoing support even after completing the job, these are the guys for you. Great work Harry, much appreciated

Outstanding computer repairing services provided by AB Office solution and they serve at minimum time, so I take their assistance for any type of IT related problem to get solutions immediately and with best quality.
