Would never go back to this Z. Needed to fill my tank and pumps were on pre-pay. Asked them to unlock so I could fill my car. They refused and told me I had to leave money with them, fill up and then go back in to get change. Told them ill take my business elsewhere and never be back. Over $130 sale lost because they dont trust customers. Not recommended.
This gas station used to be alright but is now trash. Now that you have to pre pay makes it a mission to fill up my boat as I need to mix oil with the fuel. I can't fill up my work vehicles as I don't know how much fuel they're going to take and my credit card doesn't have pay wave. I asked for exactly 5L of 91 so I can mix my fuel and they could not work out how much 5L was and gave me 4.8L. Also brought a steak and cheese pie but it was more like a gravy and pastry pie with one little tiny steak chunk in it. I will not be returning to this gas station unless they sort it out.
Come in to order a coffee tonight, Lovedeep the guy at the till informs me I will have to wait10-15minutes, as he did not have adequate equipment, at this stage I’m fine and okay to do so. However, not even a minute later the next customer to walk in the store wanted a coffee, Lovedeep proceeds to take this guys order and prepares the coffee as if there was no longer a wait time. Shocking experience! Not a happy customer tonight.nnOn another note, I come in to this store on a regular basis and receive very good customer service.nnOffended!
Nate was awesome!! Other girl working there was rude and unhelpful when trying to fill my car.
