Really poor service. Foods are over expiry dates. Asked for swapping the foods but being really rude and not caring. Try to fill up the tank and tryied to ask them to unlock the pump but they did not but guy next to me got his pump unlocked. And been told need to pay first. I understand that but they were really rude and bad customer service. I would never come back here
Whent there and received great and enthusiastic customer service friendly staff really willing to help. Thank you to the gas station employee working on Monday night/ Tuesday morning !
The Z Service Station in Bethlehem, Tauranga are Awesome, friendly and helpful staff. Have a great day friends.
Unhelpful staff that can't multi task.nRemember who is paying your wages.
Would never go back to this Z. Needed to fill my tank and pumps were on pre-pay. Asked them to unlock so I could fill my car. They refused and told me I had to leave money with them, fill up and then go back in to get change. Told them ill take my business elsewhere and never be back. Over $130 sale lost because they dont trust customers. Not recommended.
