App wouldn't scan, pumps out of action on pay at pump, unhelpful staff, wanting you to pre pay in app. This is not the first time we have had issues. Very unhelpful and won't use them again.
I ring pretty often to find out if they have vegan sausage rolls in the warmer and this morning I spoke to a lovely lady who advised me I can download the Z app and even pre order rolls on there!! Absolutely 5 star service, i really really appreciate it !!!
Really poor service. Foods are over expiry dates. Asked for swapping the foods but being really rude and not caring. Try to fill up the tank and tryied to ask them to unlock the pump but they did not but guy next to me got his pump unlocked. And been told need to pay first. I understand that but they were really rude and bad customer service. I would never come back here
Please train your baristas to clean in between shots. Especially if a customer is ordering a long black
