Very easy to find, price was very good. Used the app plus my gold card, got 22c per litre off. Made my day.
Real poor management of the store. Store manager bally is an extremely rude person and very quick to blame customers. Has happened with me and my family a lot of times in the last few years. Can tell there’s been some real shady stuff that’s happened here with the Indian ownership. Underpaid staff that were on work visa. Real dirty inside and old but clearly they don’t want to spend money to make it nice. Charge extra for items, extremely steep and keep the change on purpose sometimes too. Do not recommend this gas station to anyone very shady stuff and have heard a lot of stories from friends and other customers.
Caltex Welcome Bay has delicious coffee, I love my oat flat white and enjoy supporting locally
I find the customer service quick and easy in and out no problem
I live just next by and will never go back to them , they are super rude, I always regret when I leave the place.nMy partner and I been there 3 times and 3 terrible experience, not sure with kind of people they deal with… lost 2 customers and will never recommend to any of my friends and clients
