Went to get petrol - only wanted $40nPressed $40 on the pump which wasn’t activating so left the cap open and went inside to pre paynAsked the cashier for “$40 on pump 12 91 please”nTo which he replied “you can’t pay until he’s finished filling” I replied “that’s weird” and waitednnThe BP worker then came in and said “iv filled pump 12” the cashier replied “it was pump 11 you had to help the lady with” oh well iv filled pump 12 “who’s pump 12” to which I raised my handn“Whoops I filled your car it’s $100 Bucks or something sorry miss”nnThe rudeness I got and I didn’t ask one person to help, didn’t ask to fill my car, experienced rudeness from both staff - I also had my young 7 week old baby in the car in this whole muck around and still expected to pay the whole amount - when it was their mistake and I could only afford $40 for the remainder of the week! The only offer I received was “you can pay $40 now and the rest later” well I didn’t want to come back so hefted up the whole amount - NEVER again would I use this service station for the lack of responsibility and rude staff
Did not get any help from Gavi Singh today rather told to come back another day after duplicate payment and he did not show any help in this regard. Poor Service
Today i bought tandoori chicken pie from bp tauriko and after grabbing the pie at 12:45 pm when i take a bite of it and then I recognise that the pie is not tandoori its was a angus pie and it is very shameful service from the staff as i only eat chicken not any meat so i suggest put all the pies on the correct place with the name written on itnThanku
Even 1 star feels like a compliment.. This station is the worst. They actively try rip people off and then try to blame the customer. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else
Big BP store in both the forecourt and the shop itself. Reasonably well located not too far out of the way from the main road west out of Tauranga. Good parking and a nice view back towards town, the store has seating for the cafe and an ATM. Marks off because the phone charger in the seating area wasn't working and because there was a dead bug next to the window a gross one.
