I have been a regular customer atBP, Gate Pa for quite some time now, and I am always impressed by their exceptional service and convenience. The staff is friendly and efficient, always willing to help with any questions or concerns. The gas prices are competitive, and the station is always clean and well-maintained. Highly recommended!

Not happy with the customer service in this store I have been coming here for over 1 year and the store workers have no idea about customer service.nI mean, why work in customer service if you are rude to customers.nI get it that the shop is a fast paced store but having a smile and talking nice to customers doesn’t cost you anything.nShape up bp gatepa. It would be nice to see a change.nCan I suggest Management sitting workers through a course of “how to be polite to your paying customers” !!!
Why do I bother coming here..maybe convenience. 9.50pm and everything was closed! Change Google time to reflect that. L0lnnTwice now have had bad experience. 1st time both staff were talking to each other looked at us carried on talking didn't even turn pump on. Headed to Z to fill up. Today we pulled up with another car. Staff turned their pump on but didn't with ours said we had to go in. I think racism is going on there because why did the white couple beside us get theirs turned on and not ours as we're brown maybe?‍. We both had respectable cars both parked up same time and yet our pump wasn't turned on.
