One of the worst service stations I've ever encountered. Pump reels often will not unwind to poor / lack of maintenence, often rubbish and other waste littering the forecourt and all the staff are occupied making and serving coffees instead of the customers that have purchased $100's worth of fuel and other products. 99 times out of 100 there is no one on the main till - they are all making mochas and lattes for all the bods that have all day to sit around and sup caffiene on the bosses time. They have lost the plot. Recommend you avoid this site like the plague.
Worst customer service. No greeting, pie I bought today was burnt looked like reheated.
I got an uber hazelnut Latte and cookies as I couldn't get there. It arrived no cookies and the Latte had no hazelnut shot in it and was the worst coffee I have had. BP coffees are my favourite and will no longer call into Bethlehem BP for a cuppa. Yes I rang and got rudely told to contact uber....by some young boy that said he stuffed it up nut can't do anything about it. If you can't be competent don't be arrogant.
Ordered over uber eats, and they could not find the monster I was after. Have me less than a minute to change while I was busy doing other things. Jesus H christ, train your staff better. Not the first time Ive had issues with them on the app.
BP Bethlehem! Wow, Amazing Shop! with a Bunch of awesome crew. Very friendly, fast and efficient service. The atmosphere in the store has this type of bubbly energy which makes you feel warm and welcome. Their coffees is superb . I will definitely be a regular customer simply because their coffees are a Hit!!!
