I went to BP Bethlehem to buy a veg toastie that was in the cabinet. When I asked the staff if it was actually vegetarian and whether it contained egg, the response I got was extremely rude — they said, “We’re not sure if it’s veg or not, it’s up to you if you want to buy it.”nnLike seriously, how can you sell food when you don’t even know what’s in it? What if someone has allergies or specific dietary needs? That’s just careless and unprofessional.nnVery disappointed with the attitude and lack of basic food knowledge.nIf this reaches the owners, please contact me — I’m raising this issue further.
This is my go-to coffee place. They really know how to make a hot coffee! Also, the staff are very friendly and accommodating - I think some of them are just like me, English is not our first language, but a smile says everything it needs to without words. Today I was in a hurry, but NEEDED coffee. I parked my car at 1:20, got out and ordered coffee, then started my car again at 1:23. I didn't tell the staff that I was in a hurry, this is just the excellent service they provide on a daily basis. Keep up the good work! I'll see you again real soon!

Worst BP in Tauranga. Go to Z Station. Don’t order uber eats from here. They’re scammers or LAZY.nYou pay for extras in your drinks and they don’t even add it. There’s a lot of buy 1 get 1 free promotions on uber eats. These cheeky guys charge you for the item and then don’t put the extra “free” one in the order.nBP used to beat maccas and cafes with their cafe section, but now it’s a joke.
