BEWARE of misleading pricing at this gas station. The price for fuel changed three times in one day, with one change being nearly 20cents more expensive per litre. 95 was advertised at $3.23 per litre then changed to $3.31, $3.41, $3.29 all in one day. I pulled in as I saw it advertised as $3.23, I was charged $3.41. After I finished pumping the sign changed to $3.31 all in a span of under 10 minutes. overcharging customers BP?? I wonder how much money you are making from people who don't notice? I have laid a formal complaint and will be contacting the commerce commission.
This is my go-to coffee place. They really know how to make a hot coffee! Also, the staff are very friendly and accommodating - I think some of them are just like me, English is not our first language, but a smile says everything it needs to without words. Today I was in a hurry, but NEEDED coffee. I parked my car at 1:20, got out and ordered coffee, then started my car again at 1:23. I didn't tell the staff that I was in a hurry, this is just the excellent service they provide on a daily basis. Keep up the good work! I'll see you again real soon!
I went to BP Bethlehem to buy a veg toastie that was in the cabinet. When I asked the staff if it was actually vegetarian and whether it contained egg, the response I got was extremely rude — they said, “We’re not sure if it’s veg or not, it’s up to you if you want to buy it.”nnLike seriously, how can you sell food when you don’t even know what’s in it? What if someone has allergies or specific dietary needs? That’s just careless and unprofessional.nnVery disappointed with the attitude and lack of basic food knowledge.nIf this reaches the owners, please contact me — I’m raising this issue further.
