Welcome to YMCA North Shore.

Story

YMCA Auckland is a not-for-profit community organisation that offers programmes and services for children, teenagers and adults in and around Auckland and Hamilton.

YMCA Auckland operates 18 facilities, eight of which are through partnerships with local city councils. Our centres provide the community with a vast range of recreational and sport programmes catering to all ages and abilities and include eight fitness clubs, two aquatic facilities, three camps, two accommodation buildings, three licensed early childhood centres, nine indoor stadiums and one equestrian park.

We operate many successful programmes such as learn to swim, youth development, kids activities, as well as being the largest provider of out of school care and recreation (OSCAR) services in New Zealand. Fitness is our largest business unit and we have achieved huge success in 2008 and 2009 by winning more awards at the national fitness awards than any other fitness club provider. Nationally we are also the largest provider of residential camping facilities.

Good facilities. Cheap and really great staff.

Nice gym. Lots of machines so you don't need to wait for too long during rush hours. Parking available outside but not plenty. Classes available for kids after school and holidays.

Great gym.  Neat, tidy, very clean and great friendly staff.  Also they have squash courts, a indoor basketball/football court and lots off other inclusive  activities like spin etc.

Good parking. Great location next door to the big Mc  Clean, warm and great facilities, with friendly staff at the front desk. Besides a well equipped gym, there's also yoga and other sports.  Including a conference room.

Great family gym! They are also a friendly and professional team, we have been working with the YMCA marketing team and they have been great to deal with. thanks guys!

Great gym with awesome staff. They know everyone's name, and nothing is too much trouble. Ive been going for years and will continue to for many more.

Great range of gym & sport options. Basketball court, squash courts, dance studio & kitchen. Plenty of off street parking & handy to motorway. Friendly staff too.

YMCA GYM IS GREAT...Good machines and never seems to be too busy

Best pre-school gymnastics programme. Also very good place for kids birthday parties in winter
