A great functional fitness gym where you are always made to feel welcome! The programming is simple i.e effective and the coaches always take the time to help you with technique and scaling. I'm stoked to be part of this crew :
Small but awesome box just off Barry’s Point road. Cool classes and super friendly community, very reasonable drop in rate. Classes are 6pm every week night and 8.30am Saturday.
