Visiting from Hamilton for a week and came in almost every day!! Really nice space, super clean and the equipment seems new and in really good condition. Changing rooms are super clean and nice too

Nice Gym, small space, but has enough equipment to do the job. That's all the counts eh. Will be training here regularly, given it's 15mins from my work.
