I visited them today between 04:00 to 04:30 pm to let them know the plan for my journey for overseas but the lady at reception misinformed us and dealt with very rude behaviour. She was unable to satisfy us. Rather then satisfying customer she began arguing. I would suggest Work and Income, Three Kings Plaza administration to look into the matter that how these kind of impatience people were appointed to serve customers.nnThis is actually a big question mark on the administration of the Work and Income, Three Kings Plaza.nnThe reviews actually reflect how good are the services.nnI would like to hear back from admin.nnKind Regards,
Very impressive this morning getting a appointment with Padmaja she was very accommodating and advised me what would suit me. She phoned a bus company up and I was able to speak to them. Great advice given to me greatly appreciated. I was really happy when I left. Hopefully I will get work with her guidance and what I maybe entitled to. Keep up the great work.
The lady there Joe Purabia. She is such a lovely person. As a human being when we need another human to understand our situation in such difficults time we need someone who can look at us and show some mercy and understand us propely. I am very glad that I found her as my case manager where she can listen me properly and solved my problem. Otherwise there is more staff who was rude and misguide you. Specially to tell what are your righs and eligibilities. Thanks Joe for helping me.
The officer zofiyya needs to change her attitude to handle the people. She just pretended like paying from her own pocket. She never asked about a suitable appointment time. She just fixed her own time and threatened, if not come, on appointment time, the benifit will stop and lastly provided obligations form to sign including above conditions. Waste services.
I'm a bit late to post this, but I had such a wonderful experience here at Three kings branch with Joe Purabia, she's such a gem.nShe was very polite, upfront, honest and welcoming.nnEven though my application isn't strong enough to get through but still she tried her fullest and timely asked me to upload all the required and essential documents.nnI'll be honest, I didn't expected an A-grade customer service here.nI'm too from a retail industry and can relate that she have got a superb customer facing traits and skill and certainly she's an asset to your organization.nnHighly recommended
