Went into the three kings office to drop off a reapplication form today. I was 6th in line when I arrived. We were all waiting at least 10 minutes as there was only one person at the desk. As more people arrived the security guards are asking if anyone has booked appointments to which 6 people were put ahead of me. Still waiting they are asking again for booked appointments to go ahead of me again. I had a 4 year old Autistic son waiting. Invest in a self service kiosk so clients can confirm themselves and take a seat. Also is that the security officers job now? Sitting on a seat to open the door? Talk to clients in the line and ask what they are going in for??? Not professional at ALL!!! Please retrain or rehire professional security staff at this office.

Would like to give 5 SLAPS if possible. Absolutely rubbish services and rude staff I am currently sitting for their own mistake BEGGING them to fix it, but they don't care. Specially an Indian lady at the reception. Center manager was also same rubbish attitude. Absolutely unhelpful.
People don’t just need help, they need hope.nKindness doesn’t cost a thing. A simple, “We’ll do our best to support you,” can go a long way.nnStaff at Work and Income are everyday people like the rest of us. But they’re also in a position of responsibility paid to assist those who are already carrying heavy burdens. For some, WINZ might be the only place they can turn to. The least they deserve is to be treated with dignity and respect.nnIf you’re being paid to help, be kind while you do it
Very impressive this morning getting a appointment with Padmaja she was very accommodating and advised me what would suit me. She phoned a bus company up and I was able to speak to them. Great advice given to me greatly appreciated. I was really happy when I left. Hopefully I will get work with her guidance and what I maybe entitled to. Keep up the great work.
