Paid a significant amount of GST online 1 day early. Inland Revenue lost the payment, charged me $2,500 in late payment fees. I then had to pay my accountant to find the missing money for Inland Revenue which also cost me.nnThe stress this caused me wondering where the large amount of money had gone when you had it all along.nnNot even an apology.nnVery very unprofessional, I can only hope Inland Revenue see a restructure in these tough time and some of you lose your jobs.nnSort your selves out Inland Revenue
Went into the Takapuna office today to seek some assistance with an IR3 form as I wasn't sure if I had filled it out correctly.nThe lady on the counter sorry I didn't get her name was so helpful she sorted it all out in less than 5 minutes and turns out I didn't need to do the return despite IRD saying via postal letter that I had to do a return for some reason and sending me a late filling charge.nTurns out they owed me money.nThe lady at Takapuna it a valuable asset.
Up and running. One person at a time, but still working well. The woman who helped us understood our situation and helped us immeasurably. Walk-ins are being accepted. Don’t shy away, it’s a working government agency!
Hey guys. Don't you think you guys need a well-organized queueing system? I waited for almost half an hour to get a form for tax refund and another half an hour to get informed of what to do next. The old man was kind but he said that he would call me in a few minutes when he gave me a form. And then what? He seemed to totally forget me being waiting for his call. While he was receiving another new comer, I was waiting... I am pretty sure it is not only me that don't know what to do when they enter the building.
How sad when u don't get to talk to a real person , didn't even get to a chance to wait!nnop told to sort it out on line !nTechnology we get told makes everything so much easier NOTnwhat a waste of energy
