I had an Asian lady appoint me she did not even say hi. She asked me for my id told me my medical certificate is expired when I got it the same day. Soo many other things I am pregnant and she wasn’t being welcoming nor nice at all. Who gave her the job?? I took all my documents and she asked me for none. Asked me to email it to her then says “ oh sorry I can’t open it too many people send there on in “ it was my first time there and I hated it.
Very welcoming staffs and very helpful.nAngela, the lady in the general enquiries, has help me with the documents I need. The securities were also so welcoming, they even get the lady a chair while waiting in the line.
Work and income is very helpful for my family
The people are friendly but if theyre paying you for something thats not the benifit they will muck you around soooooo much. I'm did home help with them its not a benifit but i do get paid and the payments were delayed and most of the time short and still after 2 months im waiting for my last payment, from 2 months ago and they just have exscuses on exscuses. Theyll say things like oh we need to contact the head manager, oh sorry well contact the other manager , we lost your timesheet in the system can you bring in your photocopy. But yeah my family and i a real patient so we try not to make a big fuss about it but thought i'd warn you.
I'm really happy with customers' services and the staff is more than amazing and friendly
