My case officer, Mr. Clinton, provided exceptional customer service from beginning to end.nnHe took the time to answer all of our questions clearly and patiently, explained every available option, and made sure we understood the support and services available to us. The older lady with the grey short little pony tailed hair on her head, with orange nails, working in the front desk, was no help at all today she was rude and I felt embarrassed to even stand there, what a way to make someone feel.nnLook lady I don’t want to be in this line for fun and I didn’t want to argue with you either.nBut people genuinely need help. All I wanted was to book and appointment with someone because you obviously did not want to assist. Work on yourself or don’t work at all
2/4/26 10.30amnWent to pick up forms out of x3 customer service counters x1 was open with x14 people waiting for service counter. Absolutely ludicrous it's no wonder people get angry. When you have people waiting open another customer service counter. You lot are your own worst enemy as far as making people angry.. you need a wake up call..
I went into the highland park winz today and met with general case manager Clinton Regidor. He was awesome. He met all my needs and was super understanding of my situation. He provided me with all the resources I needed. He was able to answer any questions I had and he explained to me the jobseeker process very thoroughly. Not only did he keep professional he also has awesome rapport building skills and made me feel comfortable and made me feel he was easily approachable. He made this experience alot better for me in comparison to the last time I was involved with WINZ. Honestly hope he gets more involved with the employment case managing he is awesome particularly for younger people. He would be an awesome advocate.nExcellent Experience can’t be more impressed.
Nasty Nasty people and Manager, very disappointed with their excuses and approving and declining requests based on meeting their quota, they should be canceled.
