I believe the staff's effectiveness is lacking, and they seem to lack understanding and empathy towards the customers, which is not typical of the Kiwi culture.nI understand that busy times can be challenging for employees, but it would be helpful if the staff could be more attentive to customers' needs. Perhaps having more team members on the floor during peak hours could improve the overall customer experience
Arrived and only waited about 5min in a line. Staff member at front desk very helpful and got what I requide and was out in another 5min. Thank you.nWent again there was only one person in front of my. Tha staff member remembered my name. Very friendly and helpful.
Extremely rude lady receptionist short hair, colourful clothing, big earrings with a slight accent She spoke in a harsh, loud, rude manner not only to me 50yrs on a couple of occasions, but also to another much older lady, very sad. I also given the evil eye as if was a piece of garbage.
There was great service from the time I entered to the time I leftnI was also set up with a job interview that suits my health needs so I'm very grateful indeed
The lovelly lady that helped in re application was patient kind and very informative. If you don't know something you don't know. All got sorted and gave info on what was needed next and what yo do. Sorted that morning at Bank etc. Docs scanned at WINZ office. Benefit reinstated that afternoon. Cannot believe the help. Great experience as health issues prevent mobility here there znd everywhere.
