The Indian lady at the reception was really rude to elderly today. If the receptionist cannot handle the elderly desk then pleass let some other staff take over. People are in need, they don't need to be abused when they come to seek help.
Very good appointment on time lovely person that helped me with what I was there for.
I believe the staff's effectiveness is lacking, and they seem to lack understanding and empathy towards the customers, which is not typical of the Kiwi culture.nI understand that busy times can be challenging for employees, but it would be helpful if the staff could be more attentive to customers' needs. Perhaps having more team members on the floor during peak hours could improve the overall customer experience

Extremely rude lady receptionist short hair, colourful clothing, big earrings with a slight accent She spoke in a harsh, loud, rude manner not only to me 50yrs on a couple of occasions, but also to another much older lady, very sad. I also given the evil eye as if was a piece of garbage.
