Very nice staff after we moved in the Mangere area this year The one from my old branch Papatoetoe is very useless because they keep making negative judgements on me at the appointment. I almost cried because of the way they treated me in Papatoetoe. Now that we moved to Mangere, my old case manager at Papatoetoe booked me into the same branch for next week, I call WINZ on the 0800 number if they could cancel and book me into the Mangere branch instead so they did that!.. A week later, I came into Mangere WINZ, they allocate me & checked in. After an hour wait, I finally met my new case manager, they shake my hands and made me feel welcomed on the desk Gave all my application forms, other documents and quotes to the manager, they went through it, scanned/ copied, given me a payment card since I was never been given one & approved Thankyou Mangere! Use have the best and amazing staff compare to my old one in Papatoetoe It’s mainly the young ones in their near 20s/30s are the ones I don’t like. They decline me and when I’m with the ones at a near old age, they are the nicest managers and approved my grant

Came in to drop off forms for my Dad, saw Jaz Jasmine at reception. The most pleasant person, so helpful and going over and above offering advice. She had a compassionate and understanding nature about her. Thank you for making my visit effortless.
Security is very good here. They have 1 security outside the entrance,, 1 security sitting at a desk just inside the entrance and another security walking around inside making sure everything is fine.nThe reception ladies are all polite. Everytime ive been its always busy but feels pretty safe with the security guards around.
