Thank you Khan for the amazing customer service this morning! My partner and I purchased eggs last night which turned out to be broken. The yolk glued them to the carton. Khan looked at our receipt and a picture of the broken eggs, then allowed us to perform an exchange for a new carton of the same eggs. She was completely professional, kept business in priority, but still helped out amazingly. Give this lady a raise! Or ten!
Partner asked the woman working the checkout who was free what aisle something was at, she just stared at him like a deer in headlights before ignoring my partner completely, laughing and talking with the woman working the other checkout line. Worst customer service ever
This branch, staffs and atmosphere, everything is good.nOne bad experience but its not about this branch. I bought garlic bread at woolworth. Its only $1.5, good value. I ate half already and found white hair in piece of bread. I think its from manufacturer. They dont wear the hat in the factory????? I had been liked this bread but now. Im not going to buy it any more.
1 min before pick up and get a call saying they dont have 2 out of the 3 things I ordered, seriously unhappy. Will not be online shopping with them again.
Lovely experience, just found it difficult to leave the store as the door just didn't want to open for me, had to do an elaborate dance for it first.
