Don't bother trying to get good bakery items. Because they're not. Cheese and onion pull apart. All bread. No onion. A tablespoon of cheese.nAll pull apart breads were shite. No filling and if there was it was sparce.nMost of the baking we looked at was sub par in comparison to new world stoke which is where a staff member directed us to.go. Definitely not disappointed by the range quality and amount of fillings in the pull apart range there.nWoolworths deli needs HELP.nNEVER GOING BACK. Rude tellers. Overpriced and low end product produced on site.
This place operates under such low staff numbers, that today one of the staff called in sick - and there was no one to serve the deli. Think about that for a minute. Not only have they lost customers, but there is meat and other food sitting in the coolers - and no one was there to oversee the food. Outcome? I went to New World and spent my money therenVery poor effort. Won't be back
Deli is abysmal. Person in front realised the price for ham was coming up $15 more per KG so mentioned it to the staff member. Staff member re-did the label and it was $5.90 more per KG than it should have been. Staff member asked ‘Is this okay?’ It’s like asking someone are you okay if I scam you…. customers eventually accepted it. I chose not to use this deli due to this.
Supermarket itself is ok, range good but compared to Pak N Save Richmond, it’s not even in the same league. Still had to pack our own groceries and checkout operator started serving the next person before we had a chance to get our items, ended up just chucking all our items back in the trolly and packing at the car. Not a great experience and definitely won’t be back.
Generally good overall, delicatessen staff are always friendly and chatty. Check out operators not so friendly. Good range, reason for only two stars is prices - way more than they should be when you compare to Pak n Save and overseas supermarkets.
