Made here in Nelson, New Zealand. We make a variety of gluten free crackers, muffins, bread, biscuits, slices and shortbread. The Shortbread House was started by Shelley because of her passion of food and her love of experimenting with ingredients to make tasty, delicious treats, both savoury and sweet, the gluten free products came about due to her own intolerance to wheat and gluten, as well as her daughters allergy to dairy products.
